Bumper Fog Lamp - How to Access Bulb?

I have a 2008 1 series (e87) four door hatchback, with the M Tec bodkit.

I can't figure out how to access the fog lamp bulb in the bumper.
Anyone know if the whole bumper needs removing or if there is an easier/better solution?

Any help appreciated.

You need to remove the wheel arch liner to get to the bulb - much easier than removing the bumper! By the way - come and join us UK lot on babybmw.net
