3rd brake light tint?

I got the lamin-x tint for the tail lights but they dont include the 3rd light on trunk lid. Does any one know of ways to get this tinted? I talked to a tint place and they said window tint wouldnt work on the plastic.

I'm guessing your insurance company doesn't think it looks weird.

There is a paint you can get, but I can't think of the name of it. Someone posted this some time ago on this forum.

Remove it and do it properly at a shop with paint.

A local shop did my tails, third brake light, and those ugly ass clear sidemarkers for like 60 bucks. I love the look...Getting headlights tinted next but going with a spray instead of the film tint. I think spray is more expensive but looks way better IMO.
