I have seen something similar called motevo that integrates factory looks and controls. However, nothing specifically for the one series. Have you tried emailing them to see if it would? I am going to subscribe to this and see how it turns out. Keep us updated if you pursue it.

The dash shown in the installation manual posted there looks nothing like the 1'er dash.

the 1 and 3 series share the same headunit so it probably could fit in a 1er. The bottom bit where the ac is might be slightly different

I wonder how well the buttons match the oem red/orange backlights.
