I know what a BOV does but not sure about the charge pipe, does it allow higher boost without boost leak with the stock charge pipe? I have a 30FF boost leak error code after an AR catlxx DP installed and I don't know where to start looking first for the leak, any suggestion or will this charge pipe help?

Boost leaks usually occur at the charge pipe or FMIC piping. That would be the place to check first.

The stock charge pipe has a tendency for leaking or popping off so a lot of guys upgrade it to avoid issues.
