Is there any chance of arranging other type of shipping? Say Fedex, UPS,etc...? If not, could you re-check, the shipment to mexico by USPS? seems way too cheap for something that heavy.

Sorry about that, here is the correct link. The price is for "each." You'll need 1 each of the arms, plus the headlight rod.
