How Bad Is The Rock Chipping On Your 135 With Spacers

I heard adding spacers can give more chips on the side doors and fenders??..Is this a issue on our cars??

Whilst I dont have spacers myself, I've seen a number of 135s that have had spacers for over 2 years, I didnt notice any major paint damage resulting from this.

Im noticing that the paint on the sideskirt right by the front wheel well feels more rough. not sure if it is a result of spacers and wider tires, or just the car itself. nothing that a cut and polish cant fix.

my bimmer seems to have really good quality paint on it.
no sign of ugly rock chips on the side even with tires sticking out.

Good post. I didn't even think of that happening. I would like to install Burger Motorsport front and rear spacers on my car. 15mm in the rear and 10mm in the front.

No chips issue with spacers, but you would have less protection on the lower part of the door / skirt paint once it rains because the water would splash your sealant or wax away pretty quick.
