WTB: 1M Chrome Bits
Hello all,
I really hate the chrome grills and M side pod on my car, as do most of you. I've always thought a matt brushed aluminium look would be really cool. I was talking to my brother-in-law (designer at www.dreamfarm.com.au). He said a new system called hydro blasting would be able to give me the desired effect. I was hoping I could buy the chrome bits one of you took off, in order to send it to China and see how it comes back. Please PM me if any of you want to part with the extra bits. If any of you are interested in this procedure, I'll be the guinea pig and post the results. Thanks. ________ |

+1 They offer the side blinkers in both polished and matte black. You can chose the same for the kidney grills (though the BMW Performance ones are only in polished black).

Thanks guys. Finally managed to source some, thanks to the incredible generosity of one of the Aussie guys.
v1k0d3n, will definitely post photos of the end result in a few weeks. I think it should be a really interesting finish - don't think anyone has done this before |
