I was told that they will repost the diffuser on eBay when they get more. I've communicated a lot with the seller and I'm impressed with their communication. Apparently there is a Chinese holiday the first week of October that will delay everything a little.I got a carbon fiber diffuser, a carbon fiber spoiler and shipping all for $480. I couldn't pass it up. BMW charges $500 just for the spoiler! |

I am a bit curious...do you think painting the backside will help prolong the life of the diffuser? I am going to buy one of these (waiting for next production run), but would like it to last as long as possible
I heard some from China turn yellow after a period of time which of course was not defined.

I'm not worried about it yellowing. If it does, whatever. Its 300 bucks. All carbon is going to eventually yellow, it just depends on the ammount of UV block they mixed in with the resin and gelcoat.
Go on 6speed and see all the guys complaining about the carbon in the carerra GT's yellowing. Oddly enough, the carbon on the Corvette ZR1 are the most "yellow" resistant. Give it a few years, and its going to turn tho. Its just the way it is. |
