A few weeks back I posted couple of innocent blurbs on driving the 1M for the first time http://www.onehotlap.com/2011/09/qui...ng-bmw-1m.html and many readers liked it. But a few weren't satisfied and demanded I take it to the track for some real testing. Not one to upset anyone, I did just that at a recent BMW CCA driving event at Watkins Glen International. It was pretty cool to see two 1Ms in their natural habitat at the Glen. Hopefully a few will make it to O'fest this year.

Great video I too was planning on putting my video from the glen this past week. Car is unbelievable for what it is.

Someone was telling me about you while I was at the track yesterday

Said your car with just kw susp and a set of track tires was turning laps within 2 seconds of a fully prepped IP car. Very impressive man!!
