Meth help!

So i have been looking into buying a meth kit for a couple weeks now. I wasnt planning on going this route but i had the itch for more power since my car has full bolt ons and procede v5 tune. I bought a meth kit off a fellow 1addict its a vishnu pps meth kit. Like always i rush into buying stuff and dont do enough research. So my question is guys whats the difference between a pps meth kit and a pwm meth kit. Is anyone better is particular? Am i going to regret not getting a pwm kit? Also what kind of power gains should i expect from this kit as i have a n54 procede v5, rr catless Dp's, CP-E full catback, AA intercooler, RR cold air intake, RR diverter values?
