Very impressive numbers Joe. I agree the resonator would do f all difference. It's just in my head, but that's why I didn't get the n55 mids!
With the Meisterschaft I don't think anything would make a difference

Was 275 with the Cobb? (I guess I could probably go back a few pages and figure this out myself)

Yep...thats where I pinched the pix from..

To be honest, its not any quieter with the N54 mids hooked up, than the N55's, coupled to the Mesiterschaft axle back... Even the drone is same, if not worse with the OEM mids.

Last Dyno at Advan, I had the N55's on and pulled 275.1 Killer wasps..
Thats not bad considering my bolt ons ( and no meth like some ), so the resonator wouldn't of robbed me of any kws..

Thanks..Yep with Cobb Stage 1+/ Aggressive/Stock throttle, which leaves the "M" button functional.

Even with meth I can't get near the beast, well except on the track

So when are we gonna see the 1m's on the track?

The 7th and 28th are sots days at Wakefield.

Reinstalled the N55 mids on the weekend, mated to the Meisterschaft axle back.

Why did I friggen remove them in the first place.. What a difference to lower end torque.

There is only one way to describe the 1M OEM mid pipes.. Absolute Rubbish.

IIRC didn't someone cut the secondary cat to show it's nothing other than y joint of otherwise straight pipes?

OT, But just to be aware of all dealers, after my last experience with BMW S, after invoicing me for diff and tranny oil, and not changing.

Just picked up my wife's 6 month old Corolla Levin from Noble Toyota at Chullora, after its first oil service @ 5K kms.

Invoiced for Wheel rotation and and Balance front wheels as part of said service and
Warranty: repair headlight On/Off warning indicator..

Lucky for me and unlucky for friggen dealer, that I marked the drivers side front wheel on the inside. Well, as to be expected, dealer never rotated nor balance wheels as per invoice, NOR repaired headlight indicator as per invoice.

Just got of the phone with the Service Mgr after chewing off the best part of his F###en ear.. They are on their way to pick up car from my work and replace with courtesy car.

Noticed that my Meisterschaft axle back had shifted, and wasnt lined up square through the diffuser as it was initially. So put the car up on the hoist at Advan, and found that the connecting pipe from the resonator connection to the axle back had shifted out by about 30mm..
Odd considering that the clamp was till tight as.

Refitted the connecting pipe and tightened the clamp and aligned the axleback... NOW I have this annoying loud drone.

Go figure.. Leaking exhaust before axleback and virtually NO drone... Then correctly fitted and drone.. Doesnt make sense..

Deffinately a drone around 2k to 2.15K rpm.. Exhaust has plenty of clearance.

Should have just left it with the leak, which seems to have reduced the back pressure and drone.
