What are the specs on those BBS GT4s? Is there an offset compatable with the 1M? I don't ever run spacers. What were the tire sizes in that track picture?

I think they'd be just about perfect in black to match the shadowline trim, not to mention functional in helping the overall performance of the 1M.

I think a 10.1 in textured matte bronze would look incredible on a 1M

Soon thereafter he went silent as he launched a new brand and buried my request. He relaunched Morr with the VS8.2 but didn't care about past customers enough to get back to me.

I think the VS_ series look great, and were relatively lightweight. If you plan on driving your car I would buy 2 sets, as you may not be able to get a replacement 6 months later (or ever). I have 4 beautiful wheels in my basement that cost me $2k at group buy price and are now nothing more than paper weights because the company doesn't exist unless a new product is being released in place of previous ones. Your money is better spent on a company with some inventory/longevity.
Pearlwhites,

The VS7 wheel was part of a GB back in 2007 and was discontinued in the same way the RAC RG4 was discontinued and is impossible to find a replacement today. When we received your email back in 2009, you requested to "bring your VS7 back to round" after you had them welded in an attempt to fix the situation. At that point the VS7s were discontinued and we could no longer offer them to you. The wheel condition was beyond any recommended repair, so we suggested a different product in order to assist you with the situation.

The VS8.2 in comparison, is a full production wheel that we stock, or have a production going on at any moment. Just now, we just finished a production of 2000 wheels. In comparison, their is not one single manufacturer in the US that stocks their products. If something happens and you need a replacement wheel, it`ll take a few weeks MINIMUM, since they have to built them from scratch. If you order a JDM wheel, it might take several months if the wheels are not in stock by the main US importer/distributor. We had 2 customers with VS7s that had issues with their wheels and we offered them both a set of VS8.2 at cost. They sold their wheels for nearly the same price they paid for their VS8.2 and received a brand new set of wheels. We have only had one case of a bent VS8.2 We offered the customer a replacement free of cost, and shipped the replacement within a day. We do ANYTHING to ake care of your customers. If at any point the communication with Carlos was cut, you are more than welcome to contact any of our agents at Sales@MORRWheels.com - they would be more than happy to take care of your request.

If you have or know anybody that have a set of VS7s and need a replacement, then send us an email and we`ll offer you or those people a set of our new VS8.2 at cost. No questions asked.

Hope this clears things up,

- The Team @ MORR

Do the stock wheels fit a 128i? Might be interested in buying them from you!

The offsets I ordered are:
Front:19x9.5 ET24
Rear 19.10.5 ET24

According to this calculator http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp

compared to stock,
front rims: will have 1mm more inner clearance/ will stick extend 13mm more towards the fender
rear rims: will have 7mm less inner clearance/ will extend 5mm more towards the fender

I'm planning on running Potenza RE-11's, with 265/35R19's on the front and 285/35R19's on the rear. I'm not sure if the 265's will rub - might have to go with 255's. Opinions?

265/35/19 will rub 100% ... It rubs on M3 so it will rub on 1M with no doubt ... you should be considering a different size front tires.

GT4 are racing series wheels and not made to fit a particular car. If you want to run this wheels you have to make a special spacer/adapter to fit 1M center bore.

We were running 295/30 265/35

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any reference threads on this topic? I couldn't find any. What tire size do the m3 guys usually run in the front?

I don't have any reference but personal experience ... The fender liner on 1M is pocking out a bit ... I think 265/30 might be a better option with some neg camber ... We tried 265/30 PSS and it was almost perfect so tires like PS2 should probably be a good fit ...
