This is the first '08 configurable 135i delivered to Portland OR. Ordered sight unseen as well. Still happy with this car almost 4 years later!

the color is a trip, when the sun hits it, it looks orange (you can see in the pic), and when it's cloudy, it looks much more red (see my sig line)

Nice shots. Glad you're enjoying yours and it looks great! Mine is about to turn 1 year old and it puts a big grin on my face everyday.

Not as flamboyant as the VO, but still has the same type of color change. I like it. What color?

Could you elaborate a little more on the extended warranty...I am looking at keeping the 1 for many years as well giving it to my wife in a year and buying a M of some sort then..I am CPO till 100,000 miles and wondering if it's better to by the extended maintenance or after maket..but i am covered CPO at least for a bit...The ONLY thing i wish i bought was tire/rim protection..I may try to add this on as the roads here are just terrible with pot holes up the ass....I just gave up recently being so paranoid driving and am just dealing with it but the roads and this car with low profile tires do not get along one bit....My only negative issue so far...and its a big PROBLEM issue for me.

the extended warranty is basically the same as the cpo'd/bmw extended warranty. i have low mileage, so picking up an aftermarket warranty is more cost effective then the bmw version. it's through costco, so i trust their vendor is decent. the warranty i'm looking at adds 7 years, and another 70k miles and total cost is $1604. covers everything that the bmw warranty covers, and has a $100 deductible for covered repairs. covered repairs can be done at any bmw dealer, and all parts are new oem.
