Sealant Cylinder and Compressor help

Hoping to get a couple of questions answered.

Are the tires on the 1M run flats? (Mine are already stored for the winter) My supplementary manual says they are not run flats.

My 1M did not come with the Sealant cylinder and compressor shown in the 1M specific manual, and I am pissed about it but before I go losing my cool I want to make sure.

Thanks for any input!

Yes, it should all be in the trunk. The tires are not runflats.

+1. Look in the trunk or by the battery.

I noticed the cup holder beside the battery...I guess they forgot it. I'll call them. Appreciate the help!

My dealer CA just called and told me the can o' slime and compressor are NOT included with the 1M in Canada, but it comes with an M3.... I'm flipping stunned.

Any Canadians 1M owners out there in the same situation?

Can't be possible; no spare tire defined/possible for this vehicle. There is no way that in any market BMW would exclude this most basic security item. Mine was stolen/disappeared while the car was in an official BMW Service for the installation of metal pedals and black front grill. I noticed this since I am a good example of OCD and complained, they said the quiet same thing like it was not included. When I say "interesting, how come I remember that it was there before I left the car here" plus after I sent a mail to Germany about what is going on all of a sudden they decided to replace it. In my case, only the compressor was disappeared, that should be the more useful and/or expensive part of the kit.

My advice; do not back up and tell them that if they do not provide you with the kit quickly, in case of an incident which leaves you immobile because of a tire puncture etc. you will be asking free towing plus service plus hotel/transportation if needed plus a substitute vehicle of similar model until you receive yours with correct tire fitment! Notify them in written and watch for the result.

Thanks ozinaldo...I agree...it's like selling a car with a spare tire but no jack...It's idiotic to think BMW would do that

I have a feeling someone at the dealer is telling the sales to to blow me off and BS me, but I didn't back down. They have apparently ordered me one.

I have had a horrible experience with this particular dealer, honestly. I am lucky the car is so incredible or I would have pulled all my hair out by now!
