Grab the URL and then just post the http:// www .youtube .com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXX

Obviously no spaces and the XXXXXXXXXX is replaced by the code for the video.

Or you can push "go advanced"

Copy the XXXXXXX of the video (only this part, not the stuff that follows somtimes, example "&feature=relmfu")

Paste that into the tab that appears once you push the YouTube icon (top right hand side in the advanced section)
