thatguyjason's 135i intro

Hey everyone, I have been around a while and finally took some quick pictures to put together an into thread.

Specs:
-2008 135i convertible
-Automatic
-Jet Black
-34,000 miles
-Sport Package

Cosmetic Modifications:
-Black kidney grills
-Rieger rear diffuser
-Smoked side markers
-Blackline taillights
-VMR V718 midnight blue wheels 18x8.5 +45 18x9.5 +45
-Michelin PSS tires 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear, I need to roll the rear it rubs over large bumps

Performance Modifications:
-JB4 (Map 3)
-VRSF 3" downpipes
-Berk street exhaust
-BMS dual cone intake
-ER charge pipe with Tial Q BOV
-BMS 2.3 gal meth kit

Next steps are rolling the fenders in the rear and coilovers. Turbo upgrade is in the plans after an intercooler change and firming up the transmission.

Welcome! Car looks great so far.

I recommend getting the caulking out of the rear fender lip before having them rolled. It's a huge pita to roll them anyways, and that caulk makes it basically impossible.

I've read about that and how much of a pain it is, I have been tossing the idea of trimming the lip rather than rolling around.

If you trim, make sure to have it welded. It's actually two pieces of metal and when you trim it they will separate.

Your car looks HOT!!! I love the modifications you've done. Makes it look extremely clean and classy. I love the midnight blue wheels in combination with the black paint.

Beautiful car! I cant decide if I want the blacklines or not I have the reiger diffuser in gloss black and it looks lik the blacklines flow perfectly with the diffuser. Do you remember where you got the smoked side markers?
