Anyone has comparison shot of this new LUX with BMW's new stock white LED halos we have seen in new 5-series and 3-series? Below is comparison shot of LUX AE on Z4 vs BMW stock LED halos on 335i.

Seems that among M3 aficionados there's also a consensus of preference of the new 5000k LUX Angel Eyes over the older 6500k version: less blue-ish, more white:

Pulled the trigger and just ordered a set of those "LUX H8 V3 Custom 5000k Color" though their website http://www.luxangeleyes.com/products.

Posted pictures convinced me that these will be much more harmonious with the white eyebrow than the OEM stock set.

LOL indeed, I needed to go to a custom ironworks fabricator which led me to the Hialeah part of town, needless to say not many 1///Ms have been spotted in that particular section.

We should organize a So Flo meet, spotted a few 1///Ms over the last couple of months but fairly scattered about. There was a VO in my garage actually for a few months but haven't seen it recently. BTW, I am hoping to get this guy to come over for some Euro coding (e.g. delete a). amber lights while headlights on, b). double pull for door open, c). seat belt chime, etc.), maybe we can make it a group thing if more folks are interested. Had it on my 135i prior and loved every bit of it.

great customer service, willing to do the swap and all...wouldnt charge an extra $20 on top of it, but still awesome that they are even willing to exchange.

I installed the angel eyes last night, must say they looks awesome!! Will post pics tomorrow. The passenger side is a bitch to install, not much space.
