Help with coolant leak please

I am in the middle of installing the AA intercooler and noticed that I am leaking a very trace amount of coolant. I HAVE NO IDEA what this unit is but it is just behind the radiator, lower driver side. It appears that perhaps the connector might be leaking?

Any ideas on what this is and then what I should do to fix it???

For starters, I am going to finish butting up the intercooler and then let it run to see if it seals itself once pressurized.

Any advice would be great.

Regards,

Tough to tell by those pictures, but that aluminum piece is the year exchanger for the transmission. It's either the o rings that seal it to the radiator, or it's the radiator itself leaking from above the heat exchanger. I've seen quite a few radiators leak in that area. A pressure test and some slight disassembly to gain access to it visually will tell.
