I have a friend with a 2011 135i and he got the Dinan S2 for his car as soon as it came out. He didn't want to lose his warranty, and he really likes the power increase.

The most similar one would be the BMW PPK. Only Dinan and BMW's PPK are installed by flashing the DME. The others intercept sensor signals and change them to get the DME to put out more boost and related changes.
