the back you can make the wheel fit, but not that large of a tire. The offset is too low for much beyond a 255 or maybe a 265 depending on what youre willing to do to the fenders.
The front may work with the right camber. Plenty of people do 245 or 255 on a 8.5inch et 40 wheel so youll probably fit the wheel with a skinny 245 and a decent amount of camber. But that tire is way too tall. You should be looking at a 245/30 19 or a 245/35 19

Let me know if you like any of our wheel models. We recommend running a 19x8.5 +45, 19x9.5 +50 on a 225/35/19, 245/30/19.
*245/40 is too tall and too wide, 275/35 is too wide and too tall as well*
