Maybe they should do it like the Germans do... you need to take lots of driving theory before getting behind the wheel. Then you need to pay about $2K for the "privileged" to learn to drive. In most cases you need to take 40 or 45 hours of "driver training". Then you need to pass a written AND driving test. Its not simply seeing IF you can park a car between some cones or know what a red light means.

And ohh... IF you fail the driver's test twice... they send you to a special doctor to see if you are retarded... bc surely no normal person blows $2K(or more) to learn to drive and NOT study for the test! It is literally called the "idiot doctor" bc the doctor they send you too has to see why you did not pass a test which most do on the first or second try.
