Sunroof and Bluetooth issues.

Hey everyone picked up my 120i M sport yesterday just been playing with it and noticed i cant set up my bluetooth. This issue is i will up date with photos soon that i can't tick the activate bluetooth.

I have so far tonight looked in the fuse box and found that fuse 17 is missing.
Is this correct for it to be missing ?

Just for reference if any one could help me on how to trouble shoot this it would be greatly appreciated its a 2006 idrive system.

Now for my sunroof issue i will take a video in the morning but so far it seems that the blind is very stiff ii have cleaned the rails but no luck the issue is when closing that the sunroof gets to the point of closing then bounces back anyone got a clue what i should do ?
