All 3 highlighted lots are 2 minute walking distance. One of these will be our best bet.

Just need some help figuring out best rates and exact addresses.

Let's just name a lot for now and then if there are any changes, we'll post on here and the main thread with the exact lot. The pier is so small I'm sure none of the guys will be able to miss 10+ BMW's.

I also plan on getting there a little early, around 12:45pm to make sure we have a section of the lot just for us.

If you look at the aerial view of the area using Google Maps, you can see how many spots there are. There's TONS! And I've been there on weekends, it's usually a ghost town.

Not sure which one is the LAZ parking... I'll try to find out tomorrow as well...

This is the public lot (P) I was talking about that is diagonal from Legal Seafoods and about half a block away from Temazcal (T)



There is single row 15 car lot (arrow) right outside of the public lot that would be perfect, but we would need the whole thing reserved and I don't know how to do it. I drove by today but couldn't find an attendant; I have seen one on the weekends though... Maybe this is the LAZ lot???



The only concern I have is that the public lot could be closed on Saturday due to the special events; although that makes absolutely no sense if you have all those people coming in. Unfortunately, poor thinking has never stopped them before...

I say we meet at the big public open lot and figure it out from there unless we can find a better solution by Saturday...

Lot A is the No Name restaurant lot and I know a few people that have been towed because they were not at the restaurant. Also that is on Fish pier where the show boats will be docked...

I say let's go for lot B unless we can get the small one row lot right outside of it... Let's hope it's not closed!!!

If you have some time tomorrow, definitely try to hunt down one of those parking attendants. Otherwise, I'll be back in town Friday and I can scope out the area in the afternoon.

No luck finding an attendant this morning; I guess they are only there at night and/or the weekend...

Now I am starting to wonder if it's a private lot, I was under the impression it's public but maybe I got it wrong...

I called the Park Lane apartment leasing office (I used to live there) to get info Seaport area parking. The unattended lots you are seeing are owned by John Hancock and are used for employee parking. I told her what we were after and she did offer a listing of parking options in the Seaport, so maybe this will help. With the addresses, maybe we can track down the management companies?

About a 6-7min walk to Temazcal and slightly away from all the closed roads and nonsense pedestrian traffic.

$20 flat rate all day parking, much better than the $30-40 rates I was getting everywhere else.

The competition package wheels on the 1M are a pain in the a$@ to clean!!! And don't get me started on a black metallic car!!! But I think managed to get it clean enough for the photos...
