CD Player "UP" Arrow

So I recently had my radio replaced at the dealer because of the heat distortion issue of not being able to see the display when its hot outside. The dealer installed a new radio with the "HD" function but I noticed when I play CDs with my old radio when I pressed the "UP" arrow it used to go to track number 1 and now with the new radio when I press the "UP" arrow it doesn't go up anymore to track 1.

I was wondering did I lose this functionality with the new radio? Or is there anyway I can re-enable this function?

I have attached a picture of the "UP" arrow I am talking about when playing CDs.
