Changing Spark Plugs Today - What Should the Gap Be?

Morning fellas

As the title states, I'm changing the plugs today with BMW oem replacements and I'm sure they are gapped already, but is that gap sufficient for a JB4 tune? What should the gap be?

Thanks

OEM plugs are fine for jb4 tune. I was FBO with them. Not sure about gap, but they're 3 prong plugs so not sure if you could even adjust the gap if you'd even want to. I just recently switched to NGK plugs to help with rough idle after using OEM Bosch. Very happy so far.

Single, dual, triple, or quad... It doesn't matter. They all do the same thing, each is just a different approach. Quad/triple prongs should spark more reliably/faster hence why they are good to use on a tuned engine.

23nm (per the BMW branded box) = 17ft lbs.

Not sure why so many people are saying to torque them to all these wild numbers...

OEM is fine for mild tune. If pushing things up towards 100hp beyond stock (or beyond), I'd recommend going colder on the plugs.

They come pre-gapped.
