Finally found a used coupe that meets what I want.

2010 135i 6MT Jet Black with black leather. It has M-sport, premium package and heated front seats. 24,900 miles. It is NOT certified but has factory warranty until 02/14. They want 31,988 for it. I'm considering offering 30,000 OTD. What do you guys think?

Back in January, I bought my 2010 for 30k OTD with about 14500 miles on it (M-sport, heated seats, comfort access, rear sensors). Not CPO'd either.

Ended up making my initial offer at 29,500 out the door. Hopefully I'll have the car within a couple weeks!
