N54 owners in Melb with Cobb or JB4 - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

Hey guys im looking to finally get a tune for my n54 and have pretty much narrowed it down to Cobb AP or JB4. I've read alot about both these tunes and I guess there is only so much you can read. I was wondering if anyone in the melbourne area with one of these tunes be nice enough to meet up with me so I can see first hand how much of a difference it makes over stock.

I'm located in the south-east side but work in the city

Some to the meet on Saturday, I'm sure there will be at least a few JB4 N54 car there! Maybe :P

Cobb might be a bit harder to find down here.

the difference in power will be next to none between the two IMO!

I've run both tunes and prefer the JB4 over the COBB AP. Found the standard off the shelf COBB maps a little too generic however the ATR sounds like fun if you know what your doing.

Does anyone have dyno figures stock before and after with cobb? I haven't been able to find any dyno results that aren't US

My car dynoed at 205kw stock and 255kw with Cobb stage 1 + FMIC.
