Sweet well done Raj.

Aaron's still into the car show scene huh? Batman's daily whip would have got my vote I reckon.

Thanks for the comments all.

Biggest congrats goes to the owner of the car. His taste in quality modifications paid off and the judges obviously appreciated it.

As a detailer, I was only there to present the car to show car level.

Just to clarify, the award was for the Best Custom Euro (street class).
The competition was tough (an Aston Martin, a Lamborghini, another M3, a couple of heavily modified Ferraris, etc) but it was really great to see Aaron pick up a well deserved award

I guess it was quite an achievement for him, as we're talking about the biggest modified car show in Australia.

In terms of the detail, we spent numerous hours on this, trying to get every aspect of the car up to show standard, including the engine bay, the interior, etc. Also a couple of minor details were attended to by the owner himself.
Instead of using a carnauba wax, we used a quality synthetic sealant on the last step of the paintwork.

Unfortunately, the car did get slightly dusty just sitting around for 2 days, but still, we have had many positive comments from both friends and the general public regarding the car and its presentation.

Here's a photo of the trophy

Seems my other post was deleted... With a warning. This is all I was hinting at.
