Berk mid pipes + race exahust intall = SES service engine soon

I had berk mid pipes and race exahust installed today at a reputable shop.
As I was leaving I got a 'service engine soon' light. My DP's should not have been touched as well as my O2 sensors. Could this light have come on because of the exhaust flap sensor in the rear? I'm not sure exactly how they removed/uninstalled this when they removed the stock exhaust, but I cannot think of any other sensors that would cause a fault. I have not gotten gas in over a week so I doubt its the gas cap. Any ideas? I'm going to call them in the morning and I'm sure they can read the code, I just want to have some ideas before I call them and spend serveral hours getting this sorted out.

The exhaust flat is controlled by engine vacuum and all is done is the hose is unplugged from the motor and either zip tied or plugged also referred to as a golf tee mod. You would not get a fault from that. Best is to check and read the codes. Could be something small. Good luck and report back

the flaps will not throw error code.

Maybe there is a leak in your install? Do the RPMS rise and fall when you are at idle?

The codes have been read. The post cat o2 sensors are not getting a reading/voltage? It's on the rack now and they are taking a look.

Didn't see anything visually. Maybe when they torched off the bolts at the down pipes that affected/damaged the O2 sensors? The shop, VS Motorsports, is going to fix it free of charge next week when I get my valves walnut blasted!
