Just avg price they're going for, if you have the history of past prices, that would help. But i'll take Northeast region prices if you have them

Yes, its because its a dealer only auction, some locations offer an open to public auction. This is where cars go to if a dealer takes a lease back that isn't in prime condition or repos, insurance etc. So other dealers go and buy stock for themselves at the auctions.
