So I'm thinking of doing the rear carbon trunk lip but I think it would look funny it's just that on my car is carbon
Should I do a carbon grill also or Flat black grill

I wouldn't do the trunk lip myself, but if you're going to, match it with the same black grille. Doing the trunk lip black by itself leaving the chrome grille would look mismatched IMHO (and just my opinion).

I got both and think it looks great
But gotta admit flat black should look good also as long as it's not chromed

Flat black grilles always look great on AW, regardless of what you do to the trunk.

I would definitely suggest you get any black grill for your AW if you get the spoiler. I had the spoiler installed on delivery and still had the stock grill...looked not too hot. I think because there is some distance between the spoiler and the grill, that as long as it's black (matte or gloss) it will look great! If you want to spend the extra cash and go CF, it's obviously gonna look awesome as well. I have gloss black surround with matte slots. I think it looks just fine.

i have the cf grilles on my AW. im just a sucker for cf though.

from a distance they look black but up close they have a really nice weave.

either way itll look 100 times better than the stock chrome grilles

black grills with carbon fiber lip here...never thought it looked bad to me. carbon would work just as well.

Didn't have any problem with them
