Cheap front tyre recommendations - BMW 1 Series Coupe Forum / 1 Series Convertible Forum (1M / tii / 135i / 128i / Coupe / Cabrio / Hatchback) (BMW E82 E88 128i 130i 135i)

I need a set a pair of front tyres urgently. What would you recommend as a cheap tyre?

I'm looking to buy locally as I need them tomorrow or on Sunday.

If you're after cheap, call around a few places and see if they have any used tyres that match your size.
Often there will be tyres that are left behind from someone who has upgraded but are still roadworthy.
It's the cheapest option, unless someone else has a set forsale here.

I am driving a fair distance around new years and don't want to be risking it so I need a set asap.

Do you have any recommendations on brands or sets that are ok? KUMHOS?

i had kumho ku31 on my evo all round and they were awesome for the price... got a set for 700 and 800 a year later.

got them from goodspanner in brookvale

anyway as mentioned see what 2nd hand tyres are left behind, otherwise some KU31s will be fine for a cheap tyre in the mean time.

Thanks guys.. I don't know if you're joking about the KU31 or not. I ended up parking my car over new years instead. Didn't want to risk it. I'm gonna look into the KU31 or KU39s.
