|VRSF| The Hottest N54 3" Downpipes! Perfect fit, excellent finish & INEXPENSIVE!

We are proud to introduce our VRSF 3" catless downpipes for your N54 135i & 335i. These 3" downpipes are THE best bang for the buck mod available, with gains ranging from 25-30hp when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, back pressure reduced significantly which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.

Rather than necking down closer to the turbos like most of our competitors, our 3" catless downpipe feature a full 3" design up about 2" from the catback flange. Our 3" downpipes are hand crafted from SS304 stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty & our "No Hassle" satisfaction guarantee. Installation hardware and gaskets are included with purchase.

VRSF 3" N54 Catless Downpipes
  • Made from hand crafted, Tig Welded 3" Stainless Steel.
  • Smooth radius bends to decrease turbulence and increase flow.
  • CNC SS304 Stainless Steel Flanges.
  • Gains from 25-30hp with tune.
  • Gaskets & mounting hardware included.
  • VRSF Lifetime Warranty

Back in stock Mid-April!

We guarantee fitment & quality 100%. Here's a few independent reviews detailing the product, install and overall experience:

Another VRSF 3" Downpipe Review
Quote:
Qualty/Initial Impressions:
Immediately upon looking at them I was impressed with how good they looked. Welds looked clean. Flanges appeared to be true and flat. No dents(ala PLM). Inside of pipes were also clean and smooth. O2 bung threads were also clean. These pipes are 3" for nearly the full length and only taper right near the 2.5" flange. Sadly I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the pipes but the looked great to me.

Installation/Fitment:
The fitment/alignment of the pipes was truly SPOT ON! I had read of issues with inferior pipes tending to run close to one another and rattle but I had none of these issues. The downpipes slipped right into the turbo no problem. For alignment, all I did was align the flanges to the stock catback and the rest fell into place. With the flanges aligned to the catback, the downpipes had ample separation with no chance of rubbing/rattling. That part was truly easy. Upon first startup all was well. No rattles no leaks.

Conclusion
I'm very much into performance/price ratio. These DPs seem to maximize that.
Verdict??? A definite BUY
New 3" DP's
Quote:
First and formost FIT, these are the first dp's I've installed, mind you I have 10 years GM dealership level tech experience so this is not my first rodeo. Once I got the car up on jacks (I did these in my garage) I pulled off all the trim and removed the OEM pipes and got the new ones up and loosely fitted in the V-band , the flange of the new dp was true and flat as well as the rear flange , once both pipes were fitted i tightened the rear of both and the the v band and fit was perfect rite off the bat , no adjustments needed to be made what so ever !! O2 sensor bungs were well placed. install time for my first time with the pipes using all air tools was 2.5 hours ! not bad
OK .... how about SOUND !!! sound is great im running complete OEM exhaust other than the DP's cold start and idle are "stock like" while WOT screams .. and at a stand still with small blips the turbos spool sound sick !!!
OK last is POWER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and man loving the new found HP and TQ , my performance mods ar JB4 , BMS filter , custom oil cooler and oil CC , and now these DP's and the car was transformed pulled way harder on both map 5 and 1 and throttle response is almost instant !!!
So in conclusion i know that all my expectations were filled Price vs Performance and fit its all there with these ! i understand all my thoughts on these are what all of the quality 3" pipes out there provide , but these do the same at much lower cost , if anyone is in the market for DP's order these with confidence and you will not be disappointed.
VRSF 3" Downpipe Installed/Review
Quote:
Hey guys so I ordered a set of VRSF 3" downpipes and I finally got around to installing them today. Lets start off with the install, it took me about 3 hours to get it done but overall it wasn't that difficult just a very tight space to work..........I drove it around for a few minutes to let it warm up and then found an open stretch of road and let it rip. Now that I have the band clamp installed right I can definitely feel the difference it sounds much better and the power feels a lot better as well. The sound at WOT is louder than stock but not crazy loud, a friend of mine has a really nice camera with a boom mic so I will take some video of it on Monday and post it up. I have to say that for the price these downpipes are awesome and I would definitely spend the money again.
VRSF Downpipe Review
Quote:
OK well these are the second set of downpipes from VRSF i have installed and overall i am very happy with the performance and fitment of them. The first set i installed with my friend and he had bought other bolts. Mine we used the bolts provided by the VRSF downpipes and didnt have any issues with them at all. They tightened up snug with no issues. Fitment was very good also. Only thing i did notice is that they where not 2.5" across but more like 2.25" on the exit side (took pictures that i will post later) NOT sure if this will affect the performance of stock turbos or RB turbos. Sound great and deff can feel a difference!!! Figured i let everyone know my thoughts! OVERALL great DPs for the price! deff recommend them and they are worth the wait!
VRSF Downpipes Installed!!

I just want to let you guy's know the quality service and work I got down at a local Muffler shop . If any one is in the WNY area and want's to get the downpipes installed go there. PM me for details

This guy got it done in LESS then 3 hours.

These are great downpipes for the price, no rattle or noises, and it's sounds a lot better, and picks up quite a bit. No one should be debating any more on the VRSF downpipes. For $385 shipped. You can't beat it.
