Bought a 135i

So I ordered myself a new 135i. I have some time to change what options I want or don't want.

My car
2013 135i 6-speed Manual
Le Mans Blue Metallic
Black Leatherette
Glacier Silver Aluminum trim
M Sport Package

I know it seems simple but I'm focused more on performance and not luxury(which is weird to say about a BMW)


I have a loaner the dealership gave me until my car comes in that has more options. The only thing that I really think I want to add is the Comfort access system. What are some things you guys wish you would of added to your car or left out?

I wish I had the coral red interior. Backup sensors would be nice as well and comfort access.

I was thinking about that but then I would have to change the exterior color to space grey, white or black in my opinion for it to look good..

comfort access is nice.. otherwise, the car would look very nice. Love those color combinations

Why not the 135is if performance is your focus? For what you get you def save on the mods it seems.

I got a great deal on the 135i. Couldn't get as a good of a deal on a 135is

My 1M is loaded (except for hk) and for what its worth the only options I really am glad I have are the bluetooth, ipod/usb and comfort access. That said I do like the Nav screen, but only for the ipod interface and telephone. I don't really need navigation and when I do I find the iphone to be much more useful honestly.

I find the standard sound system lackluster though. If you like music I would upgrade to the HK system.

I got my vin # today... I added a few options last week. The HK sound system(which I was told I had to order BMW assist as well to get it) I asked about comfort access but was told I had to add the premium package to get that. It sucks bc I didn't want all that stuff for all that money. All I wanted was a 500 comfort access option.. I don't really understand why I can't pick every option I want and leave out what I don't. I guess its just the way it is....



Anybody know the ETA once I get the VIN

My wife's 135i has the HK and it's nice. Rattles on the outside, but sounds good on the inside.

I have a Titanium Silver with Coral Red leather 135i convertible on order now, 6MT with the M Sport package and nothing else....Gray would look good, too.
