for those who Autoross with coilover?

For those who autocross with KW coilover or any coilovers at what setting have you adjusted your rebound and compression damping setting?

Very tough question to answer.

It varies depending on tires, pressures of the tires, what spring rates and swaybars, driving style, surface conditions, ambient temperature...etc

Shock adjustments are like black magic.

Are there more specific questions or answers you're expecting? I'll try my best to help you set up the car and how to tune the shocks
