Car was purchased 12mos ago with .7miles on the odo. Current miles: 5,357 3yrs/~45k miles left on the warranty. CA Registration paid for until 2013 SEP. Car is being sold with OEM Electronic BMW Performance Wheel and H&R Springs. Both stock steering wheel and springs are included. All manuals, set of matte black kidneys, rare full 1M European brochure, and original factory window sticker are also included.

In talks with a few out of state buyers, prefer in state deal.

Selling Points: Number 398 of only 740 sold in the U.S. Breakin period was respected to 1,200 miles(all correct fluids done), RPMs and engine load gradually increased until 3k. Car has never been raced/tracked/abused. Car was spec'd out with only BlueTooth, BMW assist, iPhone/USB connect and SAT Radio.




Includes: Dealer installed OEM BMW Electronic V2 Performance Steering wheel. Only aftermarket part are H&R springs(Stock set included).

Condition: Car is perfect! NO: accidents, curb rash, nicks, dents, scratches, or wrinkles in leather. Front bumper clear brad day one. California car, never driven in rain, always garaged/detailed. Car was never tuned/flashed.

Sorry about that. I have someone who's flying in to check the car out on Thur and it should be sold at that point, but you never know. I have a lot of interest in the car, the price is pretty fair....I just feel strange entertaining other offers when I have what seems like a serious buyer. Dumb I know, but it's kinda like a bird in the hand vs two in the bush.
