BMW Coat Hanger

Hey guys,

Picking up my car on October 3rd, can't hardly wait!

Anyways I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on the coat hanger accessory that BMW makes. I believe it retails for $70 (give or take a few bucks).

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I've heard these do not work on sport package. I could be wrong.

I knew a guy who had one in his X3. He's a very fashionable guy who dresses to the 9s every day.
I'm a t-shirt and jeans guy so I never asked about it.

That will work on ANY car that has the 2 metal rods for headrests - BMW or otherwise. So, yes, it works with the sport package. Nice item, if you can use it. I went for the Comfort & Convenience system, which has more options - it's a base that snaps in between the headrest rods - just like this one here - but it has a variety of options you can snap into it, including a (useless) tray table, an iPad holder, a simple hook, or yes, a hanger. You may want to look into that one instead, to see if it costs much more. The advantage is that you could swap it out for the other options, if you were so inclined.

BTW: not a lot of places carry the Comfort and Convenience system, probably because it's a bit of a strange item.

I have one and get a lot of use from it....

If you wear suits from time to time it is a good accessory to have.
