Just want to say hi, caz I am from WA too. Come to our next meet and that will be tmw. Search on HIN GTG 8/4, you should find the informations for tmw's meet. We are going to the import car show tmw. The entry fees is about 25 dollars. By the way, what is a CDV. I know is a stupid question, sorz. Just try to help but dont know what is it. HA~

DO IT YOURSELF. only need 2 tools one to take off the skid plate and the other to pinch the line so not to leak, oh yea, 3. and a small wrench to bleed the system again. Took me 15 min from start to finish and I didn't even need to add more brake fluid. Use the DIY post here it is great!!

If you're not mechanically inclined...almost any tranny shop should be able to do it. It's a fairly easy swap for a professional...
I personally did not attack it myself because I needed a second person to pump the clutch so I could the bleed the system...plus I have no experience dealing with clutches/brake lines. Unfortunately, I got it done up here in Canada...so can't recommend a shop to you. |
