M3 Steering Wheel

Hey guys.... So I know I can't use m3 paddles but can I install the M3 wheel and fit my existing paddles to that wheel? I want the smooth leather and tri color stitching. Thanks!!

Since nobody wants to help a brotha out... I ordered an M3 wheel with the LCI m3 DCT paddles. If it doesn't work out I will return it

Yea I love that wheel and supposedly according to a BMW tech I know I can use my oem DCT paddles with the new wheel if the m3 paddles aren't working. I plan on trying them first though since some people have had zero luck with them and others on the e90 forums seem to have them work no problem.

Now I'm super excited. Anyone have tips on how to remove the airbag on a 2012 m sport? I can't seem to see any holes like in most of the guides to put a flathead into to release it.

The holes are there. But they're not visible. The rubber is simply slit and behind that slit is a "tunnel" for a screwdriver.

Slide the tip of your index finger around the general area while applying gentle pressure. You'll feel an indentation.

There's a DIY around here somewhere, I used it to install my alcantara wheel. It's really easy, just take your time with the electrical connectors so you don't bend a pin.
