87 octane for 11' 135i
In NYC we have a gas issue currently (as you all might have heard about)and gas stations are just pumping out 87 octane.
How will that affect my 2011 135i since I only put 93 octane in it and it is also reccomended?

Stay out of boost and you'll be ok. Avoid any/all octane boosters unless it's pure toluene.

COBB Surgeline here in Portland Oregon recommended TORCO octane booster as a legit way to get to 93 octane or higher. More than likely your car will be fine, just don't beat on it and ask too much of it with the low octane.
