NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE ATM Changed my mind for now. Getting fabrication work done May 24th and need a tune, can't afford the fab work and Cobb Pro-Tune all at once for now. Will repost the item within the next 2 months or so.

Note: The G5 board can be identified by the firmware date under the "user adjustment" tab. If your firmware date has a //2 after it, you have a G5 board. If your firmware date has a //0 or //255 after it, you have a G4 board. ^ from here Looks like it's a G5
