It comes with everything in the pick. All I did was unbolt it and take it out. I didn't remove any grommets or anything. I can include the filter as well if you want it.

I'm not going to take it apart. If you want the tips you'll have buy the whole thing. I'm just trying to raise some money for downpipes for next summer. So like I said I want to get 150 for the part. Shipping not included.
