LIKE NEW: Continental (Conti) ExtremeContact DW's w Pics
Gentlemen, I'm posting to gauge interest. I just took my summer tires off and am going for a different set up for next spring. I am gauging interest for my Conti DW's. The fronts are 235/40/18's, rears are 245/40/18's with somewhere around 80-85% tread all around. *No burn outs* Depending on interest, I can get an exact number for you with the tread left. These tires were on for roughly 5 months. NEVER tracked and treated well. No camber adjustments on my suspension = even tread wear. They're in great shape. --> If you're looking to get some awesome tires (IMO) at a discounted rate than new, but still want tires with a lot of tread life left, these are them. Tirerack.com has the 235/40/18's @ $179/tire putting 2 new ones @ $358.... Tirerack.com has the 245/40/18's @ $194/tire putting 2 new ones @ $388.... I'm looking for $235 for the 235/40/18's and $265 for the 245/40/18's, shipping at buyer's expense to continental US. I'd like to sell all 4 at once. Talk to me... Thanks Last edited by mcarnevale; 12-07-2012 at 03:15 PM. |

The ONLY rubbing is when the wheel is significantly turned and I hit a bump say pulling into a dunkin donuts or something, but I really attribute that to the fact that I'm lowered, NOT the size of the wheels. If the car is in a straight line and I hit a bump on the highway, zero rubbing in the front. Absolutely zero rubbing on the rear suspension in all scenarios. OEM suspension will give you a better shot of never having rubbing. It's just the price we pay lowering our cars let me know if you have anymore questions! |

I don't have any pictures of them close up. They have a great, aggressive looking sidewall. Here are a handful of pics I just found on my computer.
