LOL. I took vote locally and 95% went for 'leave them as they are'. And since that's the way I like them ... that's it. Seriously, the photos don't do justice to the real thing. I've now given them a carbon fibre wrap.

Thank you though.

Very nice! Where did they mount your ballasts for the HIDs? I've bought the headlight assembly, but I'm still searching for an HID kit that I like so I want to see where's the optimal placement for the ballasts.

I stayed with 5800 lumen halogen. However, they do sell and mount a HID kit. Email rui@marsperformance.com.au and ask him for a picture.

I see. Can you show us a night pic with the beam pattern and how well these projectors light up?

Cool Smoked LED sidelights

These smoked LED sidelights from Bimmian.com sure are the ticket. Great company to deal with ... even from another continent.

Cool Ceiling-mounted sunglasses holder

I have now taken care of where to put my prescription sunglasses in this ceiling-mounted holder. Worked a treat for me, but wouldn't suit big wraparound glasses.

How is the fitment with these? I am considering a set, it appears in the pictures as though there is a bit of a gap between the top of the housing and the bonnet...or is that just the angle of the photos?

Fitment is fine. Just the angle I guess. The eyebrows make it look more than it is. The demon eyebrows came from eBay seller: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BMW-1-e87...42ab0ce&_uhb=1

All good. Twelve month warranty helps take the worry away.

CF Wrap on those demon eyebrows

Not the best picture, but in the flesh it looks kinda neat. Gets rid of that bug-eye look.

Fitment is good. I added some extra 3M tape to ensure they stayed in place. Been there for a while now. As they say, if they don't come off the first time at speed, then they should stay there. LOL

I also bought this CF rear diffuser from them. I really wanted the Rieger diffuser, but fell for the wet CF look.

Yes, but it needed to settle down and a few prods to get the driver's side to sit right into the spot. Some heat probably would have helped, but that's only coming now.
