Afe intake, oiled filters, one is clamped around the base because the rubber lip ripped off. worked fine for me, if you want you can always order a new filter.

Intake plate was wrapped on top and sides with gold scraps from a firewall wrap. Its a little roughneck but works and looks ok when installed.
Comes with the oil and filter cleaning stuff as well.
$120 shipped

If its not your thing the gold can also be peeled off. The powdercoat below is in great condition
