Accessport question from a tired noob
OK, probably a dumb question and granted I am probably over-thinking this and tired from work...but...
On a completely stock 135i, what map do I choose on the Cobb Accessport? On Cobb's site it says "any" intake, IC and DP for the Stage 1 maps in drive and sport, but does "any" also include stock? I read the descriptions on the Accessport but it just wasn't clicking in my head which one to install. Stage0 is a reflash back to stock, correct?

Any does include stock, choose any of the stage one (non FMIC) maps and you'll be good to go.
Stage 0 is back to stock yes. |

Thanks! I dug into the details of the AP a bit more and understood that I should stay away from the 93 octane maps. Installed the AP late last night and took a test drive. Needless to say I came home smiling. =D

Also a warning, Stage 0 is not stock. It is "Stock-like", meaning that the map mimics the OEM map, but that it is not exactly the same and since the DME is still cracked on map 0. The ECU s/w cannot be upgraded while in a state of any Cobb map. The first thing my dealership does is hook it up to their system to read the ECU faults regardless of what it has been brought in for so do not take the car in to a dealership with a Cobb map.

![]() There is no consensus here on the forums over whether a flash when reverted to stock has any indication of a previous tune. I am sure if they had reasonable ground suspicion for major problems then they would check. But I've had my turbo's replaced due to wastegate rattle and no issues ![]()
