Scratches and Bumps

Looking to tidy up my wife's car before we sell it. Would be great to get recommendations on mobile repairers for:

- Bumper scratches
- Gutter Rash (can they fix this mobile?)
- Minor body scratch over wheel arch

Contact "the touch up guys" I took a M5 to them a couple of years ago which had pretty bad gutter rash and the got them all looking brand new. They also fixed up some minor scratches etc. they have mobile vans but I took it to their warehouse.

I used the touch up guys on mine. Did a great job on the front bar and some stone chips.

I took the car to their factory in castle hill. You could also use any panel beaters, their always keen for small cash jobs. Merv newby smash repairers in rydalmere are good.

I actually signed up with a company called The SMART Guys. They have a membership style, kind of like insurance (but they call it warranty). It cost $595 for a 3 year membership. Everytime you get a bump, dent, scrape, curb rash etc you can make a claim for each one which costs $50 and they'll come to your house, work wherever to fix it. You get unlimited claims within the 'warranty' period.

I had a rear bumper scrape fixed which had gouged deep through the paint and into the plastic. He came to my work, sanded it down and repainted it.

The only issue is that it was really windy on that day so there's speckling in the clear and some dust in the paint job. They have a warranty on their work though so I can get it redone anytime, I just haven't been bothered because it's impossible to tell except on close inspection.

cheers lads, i've heard about the SMART guys before, i think they do the work for our fleet cars, its the same deal - $50 a pop. i dont really ever prang my cars... a mates RC car lost it and hit my bar and flipped up denting the bonnet. :-|

Called Vescio going down this afternoon for a quote thanks again.

EDIT: another one recommended to me was Lord of the Dings in brookvale. a friend of a friend. will go to both and see what deal is.
