Even with the "custom Y-pipe"? If so, I'm definitely interested (and local)... I don't have a factory N55 exhaust, but I can't imagine that it would be too difficult to procure one...

Yes it will fit the y pipe is after the mids before the axle back and it basically deleted the resonator. I will 100% fit the n54 as it was originally designed for n54.

Just wanted to leave some positive feedback for this guy. I have bought quite a bit off of him in the last month because was getting rid of his car and he has had excellent customer service. Provides tracking info on shipping right away and is a legit honest guy. So honest in fact that at first I sent him payment by mail and after it didn't show up for almost 3 weeks just did it electronically and the next day the mailed payment showed up and he let me know and sent it back to me.
