Not 100% sure, it should fit but it has a different part number...
The 135i PE is quite a bit more expensive as the internals are different

Let me get right back to you. I have no idea what a good price would be for those three parts. I will PM you with what I think would be fair soon, or you could PM me an offer. Either way I need it to cover the price of a part or two that I am going to be purchasing. Best part is that I will be down in SoCal at the end of this month or beginning of next month, so I will be able to bring you the parts in person.

I have gotten so many PMs asking me to ship the PE. It just isn't worth it to do so because even basic shipping costs about $100 for such a heavy huge item. Sorry

No sorry, just the parts listed are for sale. I don't even have an aftermarket midpipe on my car. If I was to go that route I would get the N55 mids from jon@bmwpartspros.com or another parts vendor for this site.
