When ever you have something replaced under warranty(or COD ie: you paid for a BMW dealer to replace/repair something - out of warranty) that repair is warrantied for 24 months with no mileage limit(!) and at ANY bmw dealer!!

Strange enough, I started using my second key and the issue went away for a long time but then one day it did it again about a month ago and hasn't happened since. Also I notice it happens when we get a chillier day. But its not on every cold day, strange. But i am making a list for the next I take it in and this is something I will be bringing up.
